Dagestan will become a principal venue for the tenth "Great Ethnographic Dictation" a large-scale educational event running from November 1 to 8. The initiative is designed to strengthen all-Russian civic identity and promote traditional values, with an explicit goal of countering what it labels as false historical narratives. To facilitate participation across the republic, four official offline venues will be established in Makhachkala, Kizilyurt and Gunibsky District, ensuring the project's messaging reaches a wide audience within the region.
