The Government of Dagestan has established a Coordination Center to handle appeals from participants of the special military operation and members of their families. The corresponding decree has been published on the official portal of the republican Cabinet of Ministers.

The primary task of the new body is to ensure prompt interaction and coordination among executive authorities when addressing inquiries from veterans of the special military operation, their family members, and relatives of fallen servicemen. The Center will operate on the basis of the Multifunctional Center for Providing State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Dagestan. Appeals can be submitted via a hotline telephone number and through a dedicated feedback platform.

The regional Digital Development Ministry has been appointed responsible for the functioning and organizational-technical support of the Coordination Center. The Ministry is tasked with developing and implementing an information system for the rapid exchange of data on received appeals and the stages of their processing.

The establishment of the Center will enable the centralization and systematization of information regarding appeals from participants of the special military operation, as well as enhance oversight of timely responses from the responsible governmental bodies.
