Dagestan needs approx. 11.8 billion rubles to implement the reliability improvement program of the regional energy supply system, which is scheduled to run till 2025. The republican authorities have requested funding for the program's activities from the federal government, Marat Shikhaliyev, the region's Minister of Energy and Tariffs says. According to the top official, all the measures have been approved by the head of the republic Sergei Melikov, agreed with the Russian Ministry of Energy and submitted in the federal government to determine the sources of funding.
