The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing, and Communal Services of the Republic of Dagestan Bakhtiyar Ullaev had a working meeting with Rasul Bakaev, the head of the Izberbash town municipality. During the meeting, a number of significant issues were discussed, including the upcoming construction of the Kaspiysk-Izbash water pipeline.

The route for the 49-kilometer-long water pipe has already been approved and its design is expected to be finalized this year. If all necessary technical requirements are met by the end of 2024, the relevant design documentation will then be submitted to the State Expert Committee – Ullaev said.

Other topics discussed during the meeting included the creation of a list of yards and public spaces under the "Creation of Comfortable Urban Environment" state target program for 2025, as well as the possibility of participation in the All-Russian competition for the best projects to create friendly urban spaces.
