The XXVIII Forum of Modern Journalism, "All Russia-2024", has begun its work in Sochi. This annual event brings together representatives of the media industry to discuss important issues. This year, Dagestan pavilion at the forum focuses on the heroes of the region and the 155th anniversary of Suleiman Stalsky, a national poet of the Republic.

Within the framework of the event, a roundtable discussion will be held on the issue of defeating international gangs that infiltrated Dagestan in 1999. Additionally, a photo exhibition will be organized on the same topic.

Dagestani delegation plans to hold meetings with regional unions of journalists, conclude agreements with the unions of journalists of Tatarstan and Mordovia on the implementation of joint projects. Besides, a meeting with the leadership of the Union of Journalists of Russia is planned to discuss anniversary events - the Union of Journalists of Dagestan turns 65 this year.
