According to Gadzhi Sultanov, Minister of Economy and Territorial Development of the Republic of Dagestan, RUB 4 billion will be allocated from the federal budget for the development of Derbent in 2025. Sultanov specified that these funds are intended for the construction of a sports complex, the installation of a water pipeline, and the improvement of embankments and road infrastructure in the city.
