The parties reviewed preliminary outcomes of the heating period, the implementation of measures aimed at enhancing the reliability of the energy grid infrastructure and the execution of directives issued by the President of the Russian Federation within the region.

Despite ongoing challenges in the energy supply sector, Dagestan showcased positive progress during the 2024–2025 heating period, manifested in a decrease in the frequency and duration of incidents.

The Head of Dagestan praised the company's efforts and emphasized the effectiveness of actions taken by energy engineers under challenging weather conditions. Melikov and Ryumin discussed in detail measures aimed at further enhancing the reliability of power supply in view of electricity consumption significantly increased in Dagestan in recent years. As noted, the increase in electricity demand is attributed to substantial socio-economic growth, including the expansion of tourism activities in the region.
