The Russian Prime Minister M. Mishustin approved the allocation of more than 267 million rubles for implementation of programs for sustainable development of energy, housing and communal services enterprises in Dagestan, Ingushetia and North Ossetia, which are pilot regions in this project.
The document with the corresponding order has been published on the official website of the Government.
These funds will make it possible to implement the measures provided for by regional programs of sustainable economic development of energy and housing and communal services enterprises:
- to create a single operator in each region on the basis of the consolidated property complex of the housing and utilities sector,
- to attract qualified specialists to the industry,
- to set economically justified tariffs (growth assumed).
In connection with changes in tariffs, the federal center will help the regions to pass the transition period and provide compensation to the consumers. In May 2023, M. Mishustin set a task to ensure further implementation of pilot programs for modernization of the energy and housing and communal services launched in 2022.
