The Republic of Dagestan will conduct a state cadastral assessment of land plots in 2026. The Ministry of Energy currently coordinates preparatory efforts for this large-scale undertaking. The state enterprise Dagtekhkadastr will be responsible for evaluating over one million properties during the process.
This assessment involves gathering and analyzing market data pertaining to real estate, culminating in the publication of final valuations within the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The primary objective is to ascertain the accurate market value of land in Dagestan. This data will subsequently be utilized for precise tax calculations, rental payments and effective land resource management.
Deputy Prime Minister Zaur Eminov underscored the significance of the state assessment, emphasizing its role in ensuring local budget revenue and equitable taxation. The top official highlighted the crucial responsibility municipalities bear in providing accurate and timely information regarding land usage.
The permitted use designation assigned to a land plot is a pivotal factor influencing its cadastral value. Inaccuracies or omissions within the EGRN can potentially skew assessment results. Therefore, citizens are strongly encouraged to verify and update information concerning their respective land parcels prior to the state assessment.
