The Park spans an area exceeding 112 square kilometers and boasts a well-developed infrastructure, including industrial and logistics facilities, warehouses, office spaces, an innovation center, hotels and residential areas.

Investors are presented with plots equipped with engineering connections for construction, along with pre-built production facilities. The core areas of activity within the park encompass engineering, innovative materials, logistics, electronic components, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors.

The residents of the park can be enterprises from any nation. At present, 144 companies hailing from 14 different countries have registered in the Park, with the total investment exceeding the sum of $1.5 billion.
