A special building for the veterans of the Special Military Operation will be constructed in Kaspiysk. The senator from Dagestan, Suleiman Kerimov, will cover all financial costs for the construction. The project is entrusted to a company with expertise in constructing some of the largest healthcare facilities in the country.

The blueprint for the project is expected to be finalized by the end of spring, after which construction will commence. This will be the first such rehabilitation center in Russia on this scale for the SMO participants. The project will be overseen by a working group led by Abdurakhman Makhmudov, Deputy Prime Minister of Dagestan.
