Chef from Dagestan conquers Russia with culinary masterpieces

Ruslan Gasanov, a graduate of the Faculty of International Gastronomy at Kuban State Technological University and a native of the village of Mizhigli in Kaitagsky municipal district, brings his culinary skills to Moscow.

Ruslan began his professional career in Izberbash and then continued in Grozny. He has also participated in Moscow Chefs' Rally and joined the Guild of Chefs of the Northern Caucasus.

Currently, he works in Moscow, having mastered Japanese, European, Caucasian and Dagestan cuisine. Regarding his future plans, Ruslan expressed desire to return to his small hometown, Kaitagsky district.

"Health, appearance and mood, as well as people’s success in work and personal life, depend on the food they eat. I want to continue my business in my home country, to be of use to my fellow countrymen, to please them and provide them with healthy and delicious food" – Gasanov confessed.
