Statistical data from the Internal Affairs Ministry reveals a significant number of traffic violations across Russia. Moscow leads the country with over 1.16 million recorded infractions, closely followed by Moscow region with 1.14 million cases. Dagestan registered 516 thousand violators throughout the year.  

Furthermore, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region combined saw over 523,000 violations, while Sverdlovsk region recorded more than 377,000 instances.

Analyzing traffic violations by federal district, the Central Federal District emerges as the leader with a staggering 3.4 million recorded cases. Volga Federal District follows in second place with over 1.8 million violators and North Caucasian Federal District ranks third with approximately 1.1 million infractions.
