Dagestan Personnel Center summed up the results of the professional retraining program "State and Municipal Management", held from April 17 to October 6 in part-time form. Within the framework of the program 3 full-time sessions consisting of 16 modules were held. The correspondence part of the program included 4 e-courses in the e-learning system of DPC. The representatives of municipal authorities and universities participated in the events.

The listeners of the program were municipal employees of administrations of rural and urban districts. They received basic knowledge in all spheres of state and municipal management, including legal and economic basics of local self-government, basics of state civil and municipal service, regional economics, increasing personal efficiency, personnel management and others.

Today, December 7, Dagestan Personnel Center hosted a handover ceremony of diplomas on professional retraining, which give the right to carry out activities in the field of state and municipal management. Diplomas were handed out based on the results of the final interdisciplinary examination by the head of the DPC Musalan Takhmanov.
