According to Avito Travel, demand for daily rentals of apartments has increased by 42% for cottages - by 49% in the Republic of Dagestan. In June 2024, the average daily rental cost of an apartment was RUB 3,000 (daily rental cost of a cottage was RUB 6,550). A number of other Russian regions have also seen an increase in demand for rental apartments due to high seasonal demand. Across the country, the average cost of renting a daily apartment has risen by 7% to 3,300 rubles, while the cost of booking a cottage has fallen by 2% to 8,450 rubles.
