The Center for pediatric oncology, hematology and immunology will be constucted in Dagestan by specialists from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This has been announced today, August 30 (2024) by the Public Health Ministry of the Republic of Dagestan. The location for the children's cancer center has already been selected - it will be built near Makhachkala beach called "Djami". Yesterday, Yaroslav Glazov, the deputy minister along with specialists from the UAE, inspected the site. This new children's hospital will be the largest in the North Caucasian Federal District and will provide advanced medical care for children with cancer.
