The Russian authorities have started accepting applications for the "MART" competition of social infrastructure objects. The goal of the competition is to select projects that contribute to the development and preservation of Russian spiritual and moral values in the sphere of education, culture and sports.

The competition is organized by the State Duma Committee on Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, the non-governmental development institute Transproject, the Federal People's Council and the Public Expert Council for the Affirmation of Traditional Spiritual and Moral Values.

The contest is open to public authorities as well as private companies and investors implementing projects on reconstruction of social infrastructure facilities in the field of education, culture and sports. Applications for participation in the contest are accepted till the end of September 2024.
