The "Valor of the Mountains" personnel reserve training program, a Republican initiative in Dagestan, continues to provide future leaders with essential skills and knowledge. The program combines physical training with intellectual development, creating a balanced approach to training.
The day begins with a rigorous workout led by a renowned athlete. Following this, participants engage in in-depth lectures delivered by leading experts on various topics. These include Russia's position in the modern world, the concept of national identity, and the structure and functions of judicial and oversight bodies in the governmental system. Additionally, practical strategies for fighting corruption in public service are discussed.
Distinguished speakers include Vladimir Suvorov, Dean of the RANEPA Faculty of National Security, Fedor Shchukin, Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Dagestan and Viktor Epp, Prosecutor of the Republic, who share their expertise and insights with participants.
The experiences shared by Naip Sepikhanov, Deputy Head of the Government Administration, and Zamir Gadzhimuradov, Head of Dagestanskiye Ogni urban District, provided valuable insights into the transition from military to civilian leadership, especially in light of their service in the Special Military Operation zone.
At the end of the day, Pavel Ignatov's documentary film "The Immortal Regiment" was shown which served as a powerful reminder of the importance of intergenerational continuity and historical memory.
