Student from Dagestan to take part in finals of Start the Game All-Russia contest

Sefiyat Israfilova, a student from Dagestan, will take part in the finals of the second season of the All-Russia contest for the search and development of talents in the game industry "Start a Game" of the Presidential Platform "Russia - the Land of Opportunities", which will be held in the Republic of Tatarstan on March 1 - 5.

Over 400 creators of video and mobile games from 60 regions of the country, as well as from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Lithuania will take part in the events of the All-Russia "Start a Game" contest final. Within 4 days the finalists will solve cases of partners and defend their author's developments in front of investors. Sefiyat Israfilova, a 2nd year student of Dagestan State University will represent the republic in the competition. She is already one of the 78 strongest designers trying their hand at the Partner Case.

Maryam Karpova, the head of the All-Russian "Start the Game" competition, noted that the final will be held as part of the International Multisport Tournament in the concept of phygital "Games of the Future". "This tandem will create the largest national platform dedicated to the game industry and cybersports. It will unite game developers, experts, cyber sportsmen, professionals, amateurs, gamers and bloggers from all over Russia and the CIS countries. We are honored to be part of the first Games of the Future in Russia. I am sure this is the beginning of a long and fruitful cooperation," Karpova says.

The finals of the Start the Game project will be held at the Bashir Rameyev IT Park in Kazan.

The winners and laureates in the "Partner Case" category will be determined by results of the final competition tests, which will be held in both online and offline formats. The tasks will include both individual and team solutions. The results will be announced on 4 March at the awards ceremony.
