Two presentation videos about Dagestan have become winners of the "Feel Russia" contest, the regional Ministry of Tourism reports. Yulia Gomonets with her video "Our Journey to Dagestan" won in the category "Best Tourist Route for Families with Children".
Galina Bityukova’s video "In Search of Poppies: Dagestan 2024" took the first place in the category "Best Rural (Agro) Tourism Route".

The contestants presented maps of their routes with descriptions of the tours and the main attractions. The main criteria for evaluation were originality, creativity and safety of the tours for future travelers. The winners received certificates for free tours of Russia from Rosmolodezh's "More Than a Trip" program and the national "Tourism and Hospitality Industry" project.

Rosmolodezh is the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs is a federal executive body tasked with providing public services and managing state property in the sphere of youth policy, holding events in cooperation with civil society organisations and movements representing young people intended to promote healthy lifestyles among young people, their moral and patriotic development and helping young people fulfil their professional aspirations.
