A preliminary agreement was reached for Dagestan to supply wool to Polessye—either washed or in top form—for yarn production. </p><p><b>Signing of the 2025–2028 Action Plan</b></p><p>An action plan for 2025–2028 was subsequently signed to implement the Agreement between the governments of Belarus and Dagestan on trade, economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural cooperation.
