Regional Management Center opens in Dagestan

Makhachkala, November 16, 2020. Today, November 16, within the framework of implementing the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Regional Management Center (RMC) has been officially opened in Dagestan, the press service of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan reports.

According to the source, similar centers will be created in all regions of the country. Last weekend, the Acting Head of Dagestan Sergey Melikov examined the premises where the RMC is located and got familiarized with the main direction of work of the center.

It is reported that the main task for the Center is to analyze requests and messages from residents to various departments and government agencies through traditional channels, social networks, as well as through the feedback platform being introduced today in the Russian Federation.

This platform provides feedback between the population and the authorities of the region, with its help, a picture of the problems for each industry and territory will be formed. It is assumed that this will help to increase the effectiveness of the authorities in resolving issues within their competences. The RMCs are already working in the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District. The first such was opened in the North Ossetia-Alania and Chechnya.
