Daghestan Institute of Humanities to be opened in Makhachkala
Makhachkala, October 23, 2014. Daghestan Institute of Humanities will soon appear in Makhachkala – the Institute of Theology and International Relations will be renamed Daghestan Institute of Humanities on October 17, a source in the institute told RIA "Dagestan".
The institute staff is confident this is a new stage in the 10-year old institute’s development. This is a significant step into a great future. The institute now has great potential, primarily in new priority areas of training in the next academic year. The DIH already actively promotes international cooperation – students can take a master's degree course, complete an internship, and attend refresher courses in prestigious Russian and foreign universities.
They also plan to hold a number of international conferences, like the "Pressing issues of economic and IT development in Russia in the modern context" scheduled for mid-November.
Daghestan Institute of Humanities is a new generation institution designed to train highly qualified professionals for today’s and tomorrow’s labour market.
