Investments in the construction industry of the Republic of Dagestan increased in 1.6 times (+165.1%) in the first half of 2023 compared to the same period of the last year. As to the research study of the company "Smart Consult", the total volume of investments in the regional economy amounted to 19.1 billion rubles, which is twice as much as in 2022.

The project envisages the construction of a six-storey building with a total area of 5 thousand square meters with a room stock of 115 apartments of three classes (premium, luxury and presidential suite).
