According to data from the regional branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the business loan portfolio experienced significant growth of 28% in 2025. Construction firms demonstrated the highest activity in taking loans, representing 45% or RUB 23 billion of the total loan portfolio.

Concurrently, the balance in escrow accounts rose to RUB 18 billion over the same period. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) accounted for a substantial portion, constituting 61% or RUB 31.2 billion of the loan portfolio. Notably, the total loan volume issued to SMEs nearly doubled during the year.

The Central Bank attributes this positive lending trend to investments in tourism infrastructure and facilities within the republic.
