In the category "individual housing construction by local residents”, taking into account residential houses built on land plots for gardening", Dagestan showcases a 12.8 times growth, which is more than 1 million square meters.

Tatarstan comes next with a 2.5-fold increase. In total, in the first three months in Dagestan 6,044 residential and nonresidential buildings with a total area of 1,154,000 square meters were put into operation.
