Dagestan-made aircraft equipped with autopilot and automatic approach system

The modernized aircraft "Alfa KM", produced by Dagestan company "Concern KEMZ" JSC has been equipped with several innovations. According to the company’s press release, the aircraft uses injection engines and has an autopilot function. Besides, it has an additional feature of automatic landing approach.

The flight range has been increased to 1,600 kilometers. The aircraft operates on 95 octane gasoline and has a fuel consumption of approximately 25-30 liters per hour. It is an ultralight aircraft weighing 870 kilograms, which is lighter than its predecessor, the MAI-411, thanks to the use of composite materials such as carbon fiber.
