Dagestan agricultural sector anticipates a substantial harvest of dogwood in 2025. Sharip Sharipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic, projects a yield of 32-35 tons.

The top official acknowledged the challenges associated with cultivating dogwood, highlighting its demanding nature. The projected harvest will be yielded from a 20-hectare garden located in Buinaksky municipal district. This garden, established five years ago by the local company AscorAgroTrade, is notable for its scale. Experts consider it to be not only the largest in Russia but potentially the largest in Europe as well.

This initiative presents a unique chance to advance dogwood cultivation methods on an industrial scale.
