The Kaspiy metal structures factory, located in the village of Miatli, Kizilyurtovsky municipal district, Dagestan, is set to expand its capacity to produce 1,200 tons of metal structures per month. This development aligns with the objectives of the national "Production and Automation Means" project.
The factory currently specializes in the production of a wide range of metal structures of varying complexity. Additionally, it serves as a reliable supplier of products to industrial facilities undergoing construction within the region. Currently, the enterprise's maximum capacity in normal operating mode is limited to 600 tons of finished metal structures monthly.
Through the support of the Industrial Development Fund of Dagestan, which provided financing amounting to RUB 50 million over a five-year period, the factory managed to acquire new and state-of-the-art equipment. This investment has not only enhanced the quality of the products but also ensured timely completion of projects of any complexity, contributing to the overall efficiency of the enterprise.
The national project «Production means and automation» is designed to replace foreign industrial equipment with high-quality domestic machinery. Over the course of six years, it is imperative to enhance the level of self-sufficiency in domestic manufacturing to 95%, ensuring Russia's ascension to the top 25 nations in terms of industrial robotization density. Additionally, the project aims to foster the development of over 340 innovative technologies.
