KMB LLC, a canning enterprise situated in Gergebilski municipal district of Dagestan, has recently inaugurated a modernized production line, signifying a considerable expansion of its operations.  

The inauguration ceremony took place at the end of June 2025. Last year, the facility processed approximately one thousand tons of fruits and vegetables. This year, production volume is projected to double, reaching two thousand tons. The new production line has resulted in an increase in personnel, with the workforce now comprising fifty individuals. Additionally, ten seasonal positions will be created during the harvest period.

According to company representatives, this expansion aims not only to broaden the range of canned goods offered but also to enhance product quality. This objective is being achieved through the implementation of advanced technologies and the acquisition of modern equipment.  

The plant's products enjoy a market presence not only within Dagestan but also across other regions of Russia. The launch of the new line was facilitated by local authorities as part of a program focused on developing the food industry. This initiative represents a crucial step for the region's economy, fostering employment opportunities and contributing to the growth of the agricultural sector.
