Concurrently, the number of tourist destinations expanded significantly, rising from 19,000 in 2010 to 5,759 in 2024. Furthermore, overnight stays have experienced a notable upswing. While fewer than 200 individuals stayed overnight in 2010, this figure surpassed 1,500 in 2024, signifying a growing appeal of Dagestan among both domestic and international tourists.
