Dagestan delegation has presented a unique stand representing rich cultural heritage of the region at the "Russia" International Exhibition and Forum. A special feature of the stand was a section inspired by an atmosphere of the ancient Derbent. The visitors could not stay indifferent to Dagestan breathtaking landscapes and recognizable touristic routes.

According to Nusret Omarov, the republic's representative at the exhibition, visitors paid special attention to Samurskaya Grove - the only tropical liana forest in Russia. The stand-exposition featured a special "window" allowing to plunge into the flora and fauna of this unique place of Dagestan.

Besides, Dagestan prepared the unique multimedia master class, where guests could get familiarized with a variety of traditional crafts. Particular attention was paid to pottery, represented by Balkhar ceramics, wood carving techniques, as well as exquisite Kubachi products.
