Aida Bilalova, proprietor of an ethnocafe in Chokh village, Gunibski municipal district of Dagestan, emerged victorious in the "Battle of Chefs" culinary competition. She impressed the judging panel with her presentation of botishal, a traditional Dagestani dish.

Prior to serving the dish, Bilalova expressed her desire to share the authentic flavors experienced by previous generations, highlighting the richness and diversity of Dagestani cuisine. Beyond her culinary expertise, Bilalova provided insights into the botishal recipe and presented the esteemed judges with handcrafted gifts from her home region.
