Approximately 50 settlements across 14 districts of the Republic of Dagestan have been connected to the natural gas grid over the past five years. This infrastructure was developed through regional programs and initiatives of PJSC Gazprom. According to regional Minister of Energy and Tariffs, Marat Shikhaliev, these efforts have now provided over 70% of the republic's municipal areas with access to pipeline gas, with the gasification rate continuing to demonstrate steady growth.
