Belarusian delegation headed by Tatyana Lugina, Chairwoman of Bellegprom Concern, visited Dagestan Shoe Factory, a subsidiary of DOF+ LLC, accompanied by Gadzhi Sultanov, the Minister of Economy and Territorial Development of Dagestan. The purpose of the visit was to gain insight into the factory's operations and production capabilities.

Established in 1998, Dagestan Shoe Factory specializes in manufacturing specialized footwear for law enforcement agencies. Notably, the factory has achieved self-sufficiency in component production, including supinators and soles, previously sourced from foreign suppliers. This vertical integration allows the factory to meet its own requirements and supply these components to other manufacturers.

DOF+ LLC actively participates in the "breakthrough" initiative of Dagestan entitled «The City of Shoemakers», aimed at stimulating growth and development within the local shoe industry through the implementation of advanced technologies, expansion of production facilities, and generation of new employment opportunities.

Looking ahead, DOF+ LLC plans to expand its component manufacturing range to include leather production for footwear.

These events follow a previous visit by the delegation of the Republic of Dagestan led by its Government Chairman Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov. The delegation visited Belarus in early 2025 as part of a sustained effort to establish and strengthen industrial cooperation between the two regions.
