The All-Russian Field Day 2025, a large-scale agricultural exhibition showcasing advancements in agriculture, commenced today, July 3rd, in Volgograd region. Spanning over 70 hectares on the territory of Cherdyntsev farm in Sredneakhtuba district, the event features participants from over 70 regions of Russia, international partners, farmers and agricultural specialists.

Visitors can explore cutting-edge agricultural technologies, superior crop varieties and hybrids, innovative fertilizers and advanced plant protection solutions. The open-air exhibition includes 300 units of agricultural machinery alongside demonstration plots of oilseeds, cereals and fodder crops. Farmers can evaluate a diverse selection of crops, including 80 winter crop varieties, 261 spring crop varieties, 16 potato varieties and 121 vegetable crop varieties.

Besides, the Volga-Don AgroFest gastronomic festival incorporates an exhibition showcasing agricultural products.

Dagestani delegation actively participates in a comprehensive business program addressing pertinent agricultural issues.

The attendees participate in thematic discussions dedicated to agricultural digitalization, exploring contemporary and effective solutions tailored for the agricultural sector. Round table discussions are scheduled on topics such as crop production and animal husbandry, integrated land reclamation, efficient agricultural practices, modern technical solutions in agriculture, optimizing mineral fertilizer usage, and incorporating agricultural land into productive use.

Expert sessions and a plenary meeting of the operational headquarters are also planned to review the progress of seasonal field work across Russian regions in 2025. The central event will be the plenary session "Smart Agriculture: Digital development tools" scheduled for tomorrow, July 4th.
