Dagestan to acquire ownership of number of federal assets

At a meeting held in the Federation Council, the vice premier – the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Dagestan Zaur Eminov met with the government officials to discuss the transfer of federal real estate that is in poor condition to regional and local authorities.
The discussion focused on the transfer of unutilized and abandoned buildings owned by the federal government to the regional and municipal authorities. It is worth noting that the regional Ministry of Land Relations and the territorial office of Rosimuschestvo (Federal Agency for State Property Management) have previously conducted a comprehensive inventory of these assets.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to transfer two buildings in Andi village, Botlikh municipal district, and Terekli-Mektep village, Nogay municipal district, to local authorities. Efforts are also underway to transfer other properties in Makhachkala and two properties in Rutul and Nogay municipal districts.
