In his speech, Ramazan Abdulatipov stressed the importance of organized the event, recalling that Russia had constructive bilateral relations with Israel.

"The agriculture has to become a very important link in the development of our relations. I think that the cooperation goes in the right direction, but there are no synergies. For example, Dagestan produces 10% of all Russian vegetables, 20% of Russian mutton. This suggests that our republic is agrarian. At the same time, we don’t’ need only equipment and modern technologies, but also we should work together to establish joint enterprises in the future. In this difficult time, we need to attract investment in agro industrial complex."- Abdulatipov noted.

Besides, Ramazan Abdulatipov invited to visit Dagestan the Israeli delegation, as well as the agricultural businesspersons.

"We have many opportunities for cooperation. At the same time, we need to go this way and  to distribute the responsibilities and liabilities. We create favorable conditions for you; I take personal control of business security in Dagestan. We need to discuss in detail the specific issues and to start working directly in the republic of Dagestan. Once again, thank you very much,”- Dagestani Head resumed.

In his turn, Uri Ariel added:  "Your statement has already brought us to the specific actions. You see, that such meetings are very fruitful. We are ready to assist in the development of these relations".

"Today, I am to consider a number of issues that could give impetus to further development of our relations, including in agriculture. We are talking about the transfer of Israeli experience in the field of agricultural technologies, increasing trade, and the most importantly - creating a center of Israeli agricultural technologies on the territory of Moscow. We hope that the business relationships between Israeli and Russian companies will continue to develop, "- Uri Ariel resumed.
