A large-scale project to create a modern IT infrastructure in educational institutions is being implemented in Dagestan. According to a report from the regional Digital Development Ministry, by the end of 2025, it is planned to provide 1,834 buildings of educational organizations—including institutions of secondary vocational education—with high-speed internet and secure access to information systems.

To date, work on establishing the IT infrastructure has been completed in 1,746 buildings (95% of the target). The process of finalizing documentation and conducting inspections is currently underway, with 920 buildings already officially accepted by the commission. This project significantly expands opportunities for the digitalization of education in the region, thereby enhancing the accessibility and quality of educational services.

Furthermore, the "Gosweb" project is being actively developed in Dagestan; it creates official websites for state organizations on a unified platform. This project has led to annual savings of approximately 60 million rubles in budgetary funds due to reduced website maintenance costs. In addition, the region has developed the "Zashchitniki" (Defenders) digital platform for monitoring appeals from participants of the Special Military Operation and a special portal has been created to systematize data on humanitarian aid.
