Dagestan authorities have implemented a new system for distributing agricultural subsidies aimed at promoting transparency and fairness.  Instead of direct interactions between officials and farmers, all 30 forms of government support will now be processed through the Electronic Budget system. This eliminates face-to-face selection processes, ensuring equal opportunity for all applicants.

This digital approach minimizes human bias as applications are submitted online. The Ministry of Agriculture is actively engaged in anti-corruption efforts, collaborating with the Prosecutor's Office and the law enforcement agencies.  

The regional Ministry of Agriculture has taken legal action against sixteen farmers suspected of fraudulent activity. These individuals allegedly obtained agricultural subsidies using falsified documentation.  The Ministry is seeking restitution of approximately RUB 38 million through civil lawsuits.
