Media Security Forum "Digital Caucasus" to be Held in Dagestan

The "Digital Caucasus" Media Security Forum will convene in Dagestan on November 28 - 30, gathering bloggers, journalists, opinion leaders, government representatives and specialists in countering extremism fr om across the North Caucasian Federal District.
The forum aims to develop unified approaches to media security, strengthen information sovereignty, promote responsible journalism and foster constructive values among youth. The program begins with practical training sessions, wh ere participants will form teams to develop project solutions. The second day will feature a plenary session titled "The North Caucasus and Media Security in the 21st Century" with federal experts presenting analysis on current threats and reviewing successful regional and federal practices.
Participants include teams of government representatives, public organizations, and prominent bloggers from the North Caucasian regions, with additional slots available for those who registered via the official forum website: www.ЦифровойКавказ.РФ.
The event is organized by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Institute for Media Development" with the support of the Agency for Information and Press of the Republic of Dagestan, under the state program "Development of Mass Media in the Republic of Dagestan."
