Six "breakthrough" projects, encompassing industry, energy, agriculture, tourism and transportation, have already generated over 3,000 jobs in Dagestan.  These initiatives are projected to create more than 20,000 jobs upon completion. The total estimated cost of these projects is RUB 583 billion with approximately RUB 75 billion rubles already allocated, including RUB 52.8 billion of private investments.

Dagestan's Prime Minister Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov emphasized the importance of ongoing project monitoring and timely adjustments to implementation plans. The top executive highlighted the established system of "curators" - deputy prime ministers and relevant executive authorities assigned to each project - who provide support, ensure accurate data entry into the "Electronic Budget" system for public finance management and facilitate consistent progress updates.

The recent government meeting participants reviewed the advancement of key projects such as the glass industry cluster, the transport and logistics cluster, the Caspian cluster, the fruit and vegetable cluster, the "City of Shoemakers" strategic project, the "Azure Coast" microdistrict construction subproject and the Novolak wind power plant. The progress of these "breakthrough" projects remains under close scrutiny by both the Head of the Republic Sergei Melikov and the federal authorities.
