In November, the national messenger MAX showed record numbers. The application was used daily by over 22 million people, with a peak recorded on November 6th — 25.6 million users.

Since its launch, 4.4 billion messages, over 1 billion voice and 43 million video calls have been made through the messenger. More than 16,000 original channels have been created, with the most popular being "World Today with Yuri Podolyaka," "Kremlin. News", and "Gosuslugi" [State Services].

Over 5,000 stores of "Magnit," "Pyaterochka," and "Perekrestok" have integrated age verification via Digital ID within MAX. This allows the purchase of 18+ goods without a cashier's assistance.

The "Partner Platform," launched in October, has already united 7,000 companies, including VTB, Alfa-Bank, TSUM, and Ozon. Businesses can integrate sales services, payment processing and customer support into the messenger.
