Zaur Askenderov the Chairman of the People's Assembly of the Republic а Dagestan and Konstantin Tolkachev the Speaker of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Tatarstan have signed a cooperation agreement in the Tavrichesky Palace in St. Petersburg within the framework of work of the Legislators’ Council of the Russian Federation.

“The inter-parliamentary cooperation plays a key role in the work of the People's Assembly. I firmly believe that this agreement will bring benefits to the deputies from both republics, expanding the scope of cooperation between Dagestan and Tatarstan in economic, social, and cultural domains. The joint discussion of current matters and challenges will contribute to the enactment of effective legislation for the benefit of our citizens” - Zaur Askenderov noted.
