Experts estimate that approximately 60% of residents in these regions desire additional employment. This trend is attributed to a combination of factors, including regional economic conditions, geographic location and the prevalence of seasonal work opportunities. Notably, Dagestan leads the nation in this regard, with 63% of its residents consistently pursuing supplementary income sources.
