The founder of the Arabic Language Club in Dagestan is the North Caucasus University Center for Islamic Education and Science. The club's activities are led by some of the best teachers from regional theological universities who are also authors of books and scientific papers on Arabic language.

It is also planned to invite tutors from classical universities of the republic to join the club. The club's doors are open every Tuesday evening at 6.00 pm, regardless of religious or other affiliations or age.
