Despite being seriously wounded in combat, Khaltemir Sultanov, a detachment commander from the 40th Marine Brigade (Kamchatka), has chosen to return to his unit. Sultanov, who fought alongside his fighters to liberate villages in the South Donetsk direction, has been awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation, becoming the 16th Hero of Russia from Dagestan.
