Ruslan Magomedov, Head of the Information and Analytical Department at Dagestan's Ministry of Construction, has advanced to the finals of the "Construction Industry Leaders" competition. This prestigious nationwide event, organized by the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy with backing from the Russian Ministry of Construction and leading industry organizations, attracted over 23,000 applicants from Russia and abroad.

Magomedov's submission focused on establishing a unified digital platform to streamline operations within Dagestan's Ministry of Construction. His proposal entails automating and digitizing key departmental processes. As to the Ministry officer, participation in the competition allows him not only to showcase his expertise but also to contribute to the advancement of the construction sector in his region.  Magomedov believes that his project may optimize workflows, enhance transparency and accountability and ultimately improve the department's efficiency.

The final stage of the competition will take place on August 7-10 in Yaroslavl. Finalists will be evaluated on their ability to address professional challenges, engage in strategic planning and effectively manage projects.
