The municipal authorities are exploring the potential for the development of the coastal area adjacent to Izberbash central beach, which spans an area exceeding 32,000 square meters. The beach features a parking lot capable of accommodating 500 vehicles, as well as the wrestling, volleyball and football grounds. The entire area is equipped with comprehensive lighting. Plans are underway to submit an application for participation in the nationwide program aimed at creating a comfortable urban environment.

Furthermore, efforts are being made to enhance another beach in Izberbash known as "Zavodskoy" with support of visitors. Specifically, a pedestrian walkway spanning 4 kilometers is currently under construction.
