After a dog attack on an eight-year-old boy, the regional government held a meeting on capturing neglected animals. The investigation department across Leninsky municipal district of Makhachkala intiated a criminal case on the fact of improper performance of their official duties by officials of the municipal unitary enterprise. It was decided to increase funding for animal capture and to punish those responsible for negligence.
